What is Ireland travel coaching?
We work together for seven days to plan your dream trip to Ireland.
We can start with local Ireland travel advice and recommendations for accommodation like hotels, self catering, bed and breakfasts, traditional Irish cottages, activities, attractions, restaurants or local Ireland travel guides and tours.
Or we can start from scratch, with suggestions on what villages, towns and cities to spend time in, based on your personal interests. Maybe you are farther along than that.
All questions you send over the coaching period of 7 days will be answered, and as I get to know you or your Ireland travel group and person’s interests, I will make recommendations for things you didn't realize existed or didn't know to ask.
A lot of common questions sent from Ireland travel coaching are along these lines:
How we do it:
Ireland travel coaching is different to Ireland itinerary design and is done completely over email so that you have everything in writing. In this way when you continue Ireland trip planning after we are done working together you have all my recommendations at your fingertips.
For How Long:
Together we will work for 7 days. You can split them into 2 parts if you like, having a break in between. As I personally work with all coaching clients, please give at least a few weeks notice in advance so I can get you on my calendar.
Each 7 day period is $300, this is payable through Paypal. At the end of the 7 days, if you make a decision that you’d like me to plan your Ireland trip, the Ireland travel coaching fee will be credited towards my Ireland trip planning fees.
What I need from you:
Send me an email introducing yourself. Please tell me:
The Number of travelers in your group.
The dates, if you have them.
The Number of days you’ll be in Ireland
Your interests and goals for this Ireland trip. For example do you want to include any of the following in your trip:
castles, churches, ancient ruins, great food, great whiskey, great beer, cooking classes, brewery tours, whiskey distillery tours, Irish heritage research, hiking, biking, water sports, soccer, gaelic football and hurling, beaches, mountains, fishing, inland waterways, lakes, paintings, sculptures, history museums, aquariums, theme parks, whale and dolphin watching, trains, boats, glass, crystal, Irish music, pubs, scenic views, outdoor markets, local fairs, festivals, people-watching, shopping.
Describe a perfect travel day so I get an idea of your travel pace.
The more specific you are about your interests and goals, the better my answers will be. If you are vague, the first several emails from me will be questions in response to your questions.
After I receive your payment by Paypal, you can let me know your preference for dates, and we will start off the 7 days of coaching!
As I answer all the emails myself, I can accept a limited number of coaching clients at one time. However, if I am unable to provide an Ireland travel coaching service on the week that you would like, you will have first go on the next available Ireland travel coaching week .
